In addition, many maple trees are planted on the grounds, and in autumn, many people come as a famous spot for autumn leaves.
It is said that the eleven-faced Senju Kannon and Ryosho Daigongen, which are enshrined in the main shrine of Okunoin, are beneficial for giving children.
As you go into the cave, you will see the stone statue Senju Kannon, and there will be sacred water, which is said to be beneficial for longevity.

Fukiji Temple is a venerable temple that was opened during the Heian period as the temple of Usa Shrine Omiyaji.
Among them, Fukiji Odo, which is designated as a national treasure, is one of Japan's San Amida-do along with Byodoin Phoenix Hall in Uji and Chuson-ji Kinji-do in Hiraizumi, and is the oldest existing wooden building in Kyushu.
The scenery from late November to early December, when the entire precincts are dyed with autumn leaves, as well as the fresh greenery of spring and the snowy scenery of winter, is the best.

Kumano-magaibutsu Stone Buddha

Kumano Cliff Buddha is located at the end of the steep stone steps, where the demon piled up overnight.
