Recommended spot for Hatsumode in Oita Prefecture

As we celebrate the New Year, holding a traditional Japanese event, Hatsumode, is an important time to renew our mind and pray for the safety of the year.
Here are some of the most recommended Hatsumode spots and first sunrise spots near the hotel.
Hatsumode Yahata Sohongu Usa-jingu Shrine

Usa Jingu Shrine, a national treasure that represents Oita Prefecture, is the total Hongu of about 40,000 Yahata Shrine nationwide, and is also known as the birthplace of Shinto and Buddha practices.
It is said that there are comprehensive benefits such as bad luck, safety at home, and traffic safety. Why don't you go around various power spots on the precincts, such as the sacred tree, which is said to be 800 years old, and the married stone, which is said to be auspicious?
At Usa Jingu Shrine, there is a tradition that Empress Jingu placed breast milk in a gourd to raise Emperor Ojin, and it seems that gourds were cultivated in Usa.
Gourds have long been said to pay for disasters, fulfill all wishes, and bring happiness, and Usa Jingu has a gourd ema.
