Ryoko-ji Temple

The statue of Nio, which is the largest in Kunisaki, welcomes you to the shrine. The large cedar forest that continues in the back has been selected as one of the "100 Best Forest Bathing Forests in Japan".
In addition, many maples are planted in the precincts, and in autumn, many people visit as a famous spot for autumn leaves.
It is said that the eleven-faced Senju Kannon and Ryosho Daigongen, which are enshrined in the main shrine of Okunoin, are beneficial for giving children.
When you go into the cave, you will see a stone statue of Thousand Kannon, and spiritual water, which is said to be beneficial for longevity, springs.
