Fuki-ji Temple

Fukiji Temple is a venerable temple that was opened during the Heian period as a temple of Usa Shrine Omiyaji.
Among them, Fukiji Odo, which is designated as a national treasure, is one of Japan's three Amida-do Hall along with the Phoenix Hall of Byodo-in Temple in Uji and the Chuson-ji Kinji Hall of Hiraizumi, and is the oldest existing wooden building in Kyushu.
The scenery from late November to early December, when the entire precincts are dyed with autumn leaves, as well as the fresh greenery of spring and the snowy scenery of winter, is the best.
