Plan details

[Beef pottery plate baked]
Oita Prefecture brand beef "Oita Wagyu" is available. We provide meat, which is soft and finely contained in fat, with ceramic plate grills. The ceramic plate can hold the heat evenly, so it is baked juicy.

Please enjoy as you like, such as ponzu and salt, which uses Oita specialty kabosu that further enhances the umami of meat.

[Oita prefecture-grown sea bream]
Oita Prefecture's specialty product, Oita Prefecture's specialty, "Oita Prefecture Sea Bream," is a sea bream that tightens and responds to eating due to the rapid tide of Bungo Channel. In particular, it is said that simmered food enhances the taste.

Please fully enjoy the umami of sea bream, not only the ara-cooked fish boiled in the hotel's special sauce, but also the broth that has melted plenty of umami.

A dinner buffet where you can enjoy a wide variety of modern dishes that make use of the ingredients and food culture unique to the region.
You can enjoy a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese, including the colorful and gorgeous appearance of Monaka Sushi. Drinks such as beer, wine and soft drinks are also free flow.
Please enjoy it slowly while talking about the discovery and excitement of your trip.

Our breakfast buffet offers both Western and Japanese cuisine, including Beppu specialties like locally caught whitebait and a variety of fresh fish.
Or treat yourself to mini hot dogs and pancakes and customize them with your favorite toppings and sauces. Enjoy dishes that make use of the ingredients and food culture unique to the area, and enjoy an elegant morning while thinking about your trip plan.
