Place of experience: Farm Sam
Seasonal vegetables are cultivated in a mineral-rich field facing Beppu Bay in Oita Prefecture using carbon-circulating farming methods that do not use pesticides or fertilizers.
Since it is cultivated in the season suitable for each vegetable, the taste as well as the nutritional value is outstanding, giving you a real taste. Please enjoy the original taste of vegetables!
■It takes about 20 minutes by car from the hotel to the farm "Farm Sam" where you can experience it.

Dinner can be enjoyed in an all-inclusive buffet style.
You can enjoy drinks containing alcohol such as beer in a free flow, and the live kitchen prepared by the chef in front of you serves freshly prepared dishes.

Breakfast buffet where you can enjoy both Western and Japanese cuisine. Or treat yourself to mini hot dogs and pancakes and customize them with your favorite toppings and sauces.
